Micel Folcland, Inc.--the Wisconsin-Indiana-Illinois btranch of Regia Anglorum--will be holding ahearth night on the weekend of 26-28 October, 2007 at the Pioneer Cabin for Forest Glen Preserve near Danville, Illinois (east central Illinois, about three miles from the Indiana line) It will be free, and historic clothing is not required. It will consist of series of hands-on workshops, including gaming, combat and cooking. Anyone interested in serious Dark Ages reenactment is invited, and memberships will be sold at the event.
