We have two different kinds of awards we are giving-out, the reenactor.Net Great Site Award and the Site of the Month Award. The Site of the Month Award has a different criteria and to apply for it, go here.

1. The website needs to have something to do with history, optimally about reenacting.
2. The website should have some info besides just a contact and/or a "splash" page or under construction sign.
3. NO porn, adult or rascist/hate sites.
4. The site should load quick, or somewhat quick--we don't want to sit for 10 minutes while the page loads.
5. Colours that are really vile--as in very hard to read the page, backgrounds that make things illegible. (this means if we have to highlight your text just to read it, that's not good and it is a definite distraction).
6. Again, the text should be legible with a minimum of typos-- this does not mean your site must be typo-free, none of us are ever typo free, just proof read it!

After you fill-out this application, we will visit your site. Bad URLs, dead sites, etc. are grounds for instant disaaproval of the application. Once we have looked at your site, we will then decide on the award. Please realize it might take a week or three to get to it as we are usually quite busy. We WILL look though! ;-)
